BIRMINGHAM, AL, November 4, 2019 – McAulay Smith successfully recruited Patrick Martino from his role as plant manager at PSEG’s Salem Nuclear Power Plant to take on the responsibility of being plant manager (one of two) at Vogtle 3&4.

BIRMINGHAM, AL, October 4, 2019 – McAulay Smith assisted in the recruitment of Rick Libra to be the senior vice president of fleet operations for Southern Nuclear. Libra was recruited from his role as site vice president Limerick Generating Station at Exelon Corporation.

BIRMINGHAM, AL, September 9, 2019 – The McAulay Smith Firm successfully recruited Mike Page from South Texas Project, where he was the general manager, engineering, to be a Plant Manager for Vogtle 3&4.

McAulay Smith successfully recruited Peter P. Sena, III from his role as President & CNO for PSEG Nuclear to become the new Executive Vice President & Chief Nuclear Officer of Southern Nuclear.

David Sorrick joins The Electric Power Research Institute, Inc. (EPRI) as Director of Research & Development Generation. EPRI conducts research, development and demonstration projects for the benefit of the public in the U.S. and internationally. 

Jeffrey Lyash, president and CEO of Ontario Power Generation Inc., is named the new president and chief executive officer of the Tennessee River Valley Authority (TVA).

Chuck Kharri, a 25-year nuclear industry veteran, is recruited from Arizona Electric Power to become site vice president of plant for Southern Nuclear Operating Company (Southern Nuclear).

Karen Fili, a 30-year nuclear industry veteran, was appointed president and chief executive officer/managing director of Urenco USA. She joins Urenco from Southern Nuclear Operating Company, where she served as site vice president for Vogtle Units 3 and 4.
