Newport, MI –May 24, 2022 – McAulay Smith successfully recruited Randy Earley from his role as Senior Manager of Maintenance Execution for Exelon Nuclear to be the Director of Outage & Work Management for DTE Electric, a DTE Energy Company .
Randy has over 22 years of nuclear industry experience including former leadership roles with Exelon Nuclear.
He began his career with the United States Navy, where he served six years.
