Nashville, TN – November 15, 2021 – McAulay Smith successfully recruited Megan Andersen from her role as Executive HR Director – Firestone Building Products to be the new Director, Business HR for a 10,000-employee electric utility company.
Andersen’s HR experience spans over 15 years serving companies such as General Mills, Inc., Bridgestone Americas Corp. and LaFargeHolcim – Firestone Building Products.
Andersen earned a B.S., Human Resources as well as a Masters of Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University.
