Kelly was recruited from PPL Electric Utilities where she spent 20 successful years in various leadership roles to include her last role as Director – Finance Planning, Budgeting & Administration.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering at Princeton University and certificates in Finance and Engineering/Management Systems.
