Reading, PA -July 28, 2025 - McAulay Smith successfully recruited Karen Kinslow to be the Vice President of Operations – Pennsylvania for a leading investor-owned utility.
Karen was recruited from her role of Vice President of Distribution Operations at Dominion Energy Virginia, where she spent the last 18 years. Prior to that, she was a consultant with UMS Group, advising utilities on performance improvement and asset management.
Karen earned a Bachelor of Science, Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Minor in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
